Revive Online Performance Guarantee Terms and Conditions

These Performance Guarantee Terms explain the conditions applying to any performance guarantee advertised by Revive Online Ltd., Revive Online, Revive, or any related entity referred to on this page as “Revive,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

The guarantee is not available to every client purchasing Revive’s services. It applies only to established restoration companies that satisfy every eligibility requirement below, enter into a written service agreement with Revive, and receive written confirmation from Revive that they have been accepted into the Performance Guarantee program before the campaign begins.

Purchasing the 90-Day Sprint, paying an invoice, or signing a service agreement does not automatically qualify a client for the guarantee unless Revive has expressly confirmed the client’s eligibility in writing.

Performance Guarantee Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Performance Guarantee, the client must, before the campaign begins:

  • have generated at least $4 million in gross business revenue during the immediately preceding 12-month period, verified using CRM, invoicing, accounting, or other business records acceptable to Revive;
  • have more than 100 published five-star reviews on its primary Google Business Profile;
  • have a verified average job value of at least $8,000 for the services covered by the campaign;
  • commit to and maintain a minimum advertising budget of $500 per day throughout the 90-day guarantee period;
  • employ or assign a dedicated salesperson who responds to every campaign-generated lead within five minutes during the agreed lead-coverage hours;
  • have and maintain a verified close rate of at least 40% from qualified cold-traffic leads;
  • have sufficient operational capacity, including staffing, equipment, vehicles, licenses, scheduling availability, working capital, and fulfillment capability, to accommodate three times its Baseline Monthly Job Volume; and
  • purchase and pay for the complete 90-Day Sprint package in full before the campaign begins.

Payment plans, installment arrangements, third-party financing arrangements, discounted packages, promotional packages, and partial-payment arrangements do not qualify for the guarantee unless Revive expressly approves an exception in a written agreement signed by Revive.

These requirements are summarized here for clarity and explained in greater detail below. The client must continue satisfying all applicable ongoing requirements and responsibilities throughout the guarantee period.

1. The Guarantee

For qualifying clients, Revive guarantees that the number of Qualifying Booked Jobs generated during the final 30 days of the 90-day guarantee period will be at least three times the client’s Baseline Monthly Job Volume.

“Baseline Monthly Job Volume” means the client’s total number of qualifying booked jobs during the 12 complete calendar months immediately preceding the campaign launch date, divided by 12.

The baseline will be established before the campaign begins and verified using the client’s CRM, job records, invoicing records, or other reporting systems approved by Revive.

A “Qualifying Booked Job” means a genuine new job:

  • booked during the applicable measurement period;
  • generated through marketing activity managed by Revive;
  • falling within the approved service area and covered service categories;
  • meeting any qualification criteria agreed upon before the campaign begins; and
  • accurately recorded in the client’s approved CRM and tracking systems.

If the client does not achieve the guaranteed performance target, and the client has fully satisfied every eligibility requirement, responsibility, payment obligation, tracking requirement, and other condition contained in these terms and the written service agreement, Revive will refund the eligible service fees paid to Revive for the 90-Day Sprint.

Advertising spend, media spend, software fees, tracking costs, CRM costs, website costs, and amounts paid directly to Google or any other third party are not refundable by Revive.

2. Eligible Refund Amount

The maximum refund available under this guarantee is limited to the service fees actually paid to and retained by Revive for the qualifying 90-Day Sprint.

The refund does not include:

  • Google Ads spend;
  • Local Services Ads spend;
  • Meta Ads spend;
  • any other advertising or media spend;
  • CRM fees;
  • call-tracking fees;
  • website hosting or maintenance fees;
  • software fees;
  • third-party vendor fees;
  • subcontractor costs;
  • financing fees;
  • interest;
  • payment-processing fees;
  • chargebacks or chargeback fees;
  • lost profits;
  • lost revenue; or
  • direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

The refund described in these terms is the client’s sole and exclusive remedy for Revive’s failure to achieve the stated performance target.

3. Detailed Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for and remain protected by the Performance Guarantee, the client must satisfy the following requirements.

3.1 Minimum Annual Revenue

The client must have generated at least $4 million in gross business revenue during the immediately preceding 12-month period.

Revenue must be verified through complete and accurate CRM data, invoicing records, accounting records, tax records, bank statements, or other evidence reasonably acceptable to Revive.

Revenue represented by the client during the qualification process must be consistent with the records subsequently provided to Revive.

False, incomplete, withheld, or materially misleading revenue information will void the guarantee.

3.2 Google Business Profile Reviews

Before the campaign launch date, the client’s primary Google Business Profile must display more than 100 published reviews carrying a five-star rating.

The reviews must relate to the client’s business and must not have been purchased, fabricated, improperly incentivized, or obtained through practices that violate Google’s policies.

Revive is not responsible for reviews removed, filtered, hidden, or otherwise altered by Google after the client has been approved for the guarantee.

However, misconduct relating to the client’s reviews, suspension of the client’s Google Business Profile, or material restrictions caused by the client’s actions may suspend or void the guarantee.

3.3 Minimum Cold-Traffic Close Rate

The client must have and maintain a minimum 40% close rate from Qualified Cold-Traffic Leads to Qualifying Booked Jobs.

A “Qualified Cold-Traffic Lead” means a new prospective customer generated through paid advertising or another Revive-managed campaign who:

  • is seeking a service covered by the campaign;
  • is located within the approved service area;
  • provides genuine and usable contact information;
  • is not an existing customer or pre-existing opportunity;
  • is not spam, a duplicate, a vendor solicitation, or a job applicant; and
  • otherwise satisfies any written qualification criteria agreed upon before the campaign begins.

Close rate will be calculated by dividing the number of Qualifying Booked Jobs by the number of Qualified Cold-Traffic Leads received during the applicable measurement period.

The close rate must be verified through CRM data, call-tracking records, lead-disposition records, signed job records, invoicing records, or other reporting systems approved by Revive.

The client must accurately record the status and outcome of every campaign-generated lead. Uncontacted or improperly handled qualified leads will remain included in the close-rate calculation.

If the client’s verified close rate falls below 40% during the guarantee period, the guarantee may be suspended or voided in accordance with Sections 7 and 8.

3.4 Minimum Average Job Value

The client must have and maintain an average job value of at least $8,000 for the services covered by the campaign.

Average job value must be verified through CRM data, invoicing records, signed job records, accounting records, or other reporting systems approved by Revive.

If the client’s average job value falls below $8,000 during the guarantee period, or the client materially changes its prices, services, or service mix in a way that affects its average job value, the guarantee may be suspended or voided.

3.5 Required Advertising Spend

The client must commit to and maintain a minimum advertising budget equivalent to $500 per calendar day throughout the entire 90-day guarantee period.

Revive may allocate that budget across days, campaigns, services, locations, or approved advertising platforms according to campaign performance and strategy. The advertising platform may spend more or less than $500 on an individual day, provided that the required budget remains available and the client does not restrict Revive’s ability to maintain the agreed spending level.

The advertising budget is separate from Revive’s service fees and must be paid directly to Google or the applicable advertising platform.

Pausing, reducing, restricting, capping, or failing to fund the required advertising budget may suspend or void the guarantee.

Revive is not responsible for refunding advertising spend, unused media spend, platform overspend, billing issues, rejected payments, platform outages, or advertising account suspensions.

3.6 Dedicated Salesperson and Response Time

The client must assign at least one dedicated salesperson with primary responsibility for responding to, qualifying, following up with, and closing campaign-generated leads.

The dedicated salesperson must attempt a personal response to every campaign-generated lead within five minutes of the lead being received during the agreed lead-coverage hours.

For leads received outside the agreed lead-coverage hours, the client must comply with any after-hours response process established in the service agreement or Revive’s sales SOPs.

A personal response means a genuine call, text conversation, or other direct contact attempt made by the dedicated salesperson or another approved member of the client’s sales team. An automated email or text acknowledgement by itself does not satisfy this requirement.

Response times and follow-up activity must be recorded through the approved CRM, telephone system, call-tracking system, or another tracking system approved by Revive.

The client must also follow Revive’s required follow-up cadence, scripts, qualification procedures, and sales SOPs throughout the guarantee period.

3.7 Operational Capacity

Before the campaign begins, the client must demonstrate that it has sufficient operational capacity to accommodate and fulfill up to three times its Baseline Monthly Job Volume.

This includes adequate:

  • sales and administrative coverage;
  • technicians and production staff;
  • equipment and vehicles;
  • licenses and certifications;
  • scheduling and inspection availability;
  • service-area coverage;
  • financial and working-capital capacity; and
  • production, project-management, and fulfillment capability.

The client must promptly notify Revive if any staffing, licensing, equipment, financial, scheduling, service-area, or operational issue could restrict its ability to accept or complete generated work.

Rejecting otherwise qualified jobs, substantially restricting appointment availability, reducing the agreed service area, pausing covered services, or lacking the capacity to fulfill generated demand may suspend or void the guarantee.

3.8 Package and Payment Requirements

The client must purchase Revive’s complete 90-Day Sprint package and pay all service fees for the package in full before the campaign begins.

Clients purchasing through a payment plan, installment arrangement, third-party financing arrangement, discounted package, promotional package, or partial-payment arrangement are not eligible for the Performance Guarantee unless Revive expressly approves an exception in a written agreement signed by Revive.

A chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or attempted recovery of any amount paid to Revive before the guarantee claim has been finally determined will void the guarantee.

3.9 Contract Term

The client must enter into and remain active under a minimum 90-day service agreement.

Cancellation, attempted early termination, chargeback, service pause, or material breach by the client before the end of the guarantee period will void the guarantee.

4. Client Responsibilities

The guarantee depends upon the client fulfilling its responsibilities.

Revive’s work can generate visibility, traffic, inquiries, and opportunities. The client remains responsible for lead response, sales performance, intake, qualification, inspections, estimates, pricing, availability, job acceptance, fulfillment, and closing.

To remain eligible, the client must:

  • provide all requested account access, permissions, logins, tracking access, CRM access, website access, Google Business Profile access, advertising account access, and performance information within two business days of Revive’s request;
  • approve or reject requested campaign items within one business day, including advertisements, landing pages, website changes, tracking changes, creative, copy, SEO recommendations, and budget adjustments;
  • maintain the dedicated salesperson, five-minute response standard, minimum 40% cold-traffic close rate, and required follow-up process described in Section 3;
  • make reasonable inspection and appointment times available to qualified leads;
  • avoid refusing, delaying, or diverting campaign-generated opportunities without a legitimate operational or qualification reason;
  • maintain accurate CRM records for every lead, inquiry, appointment, inspection, estimate, booked job, lost opportunity, and revenue outcome;
  • use the CRM, communication, and tracking systems approved by Revive;
  • use the sales SOPs, scripts, qualification standards, and processes provided by Revive;
  • allow Revive to implement appropriate tracking, including call tracking, form tracking, landing-page tracking, CRM source tracking, and conversion tracking;
  • maintain sufficient staffing, vehicles, equipment, licenses, availability, working capital, and fulfillment capacity to accept and complete up to three times the client’s Baseline Monthly Job Volume;
  • keep advertising accounts, website accounts, telephone numbers, tracking tools, and CRM systems active, funded, and in good standing;
  • notify Revive within 48 hours of any issue affecting lead handling, sales coverage, service capacity, telephone answering, CRM usage, tracking, advertising access, website access, staffing, licensing, or business operations; and
  • avoid making material changes to campaigns, advertisements, landing pages, tracking, website content, telephone numbers, CRM settings, advertising settings, Google Business Profile settings, services, service areas, or budgets without Revive’s written approval.

Failure to satisfy these responsibilities may suspend or void the guarantee.

5. Measurement and Attribution

Performance will be measured using the tracking and reporting systems approved by Revive.

These systems may include:

  • Google Ads;
  • Google Analytics;
  • call-tracking software;
  • form and landing-page data;
  • CRM records;
  • Google Business Profile data;
  • signed job records;
  • invoicing records; and
  • Revive’s reporting dashboard.

Revive will determine whether a lead or job qualifies based on the available CRM, call-tracking, attribution, and campaign data.

The client must provide Revive with complete access to the systems and records reasonably required to verify the baseline, lead handling, close rate, job value, campaign performance, and final results.

A job will only count as a Qualifying Booked Job if it is reasonably attributable to marketing activity managed by Revive during the guarantee period and is accurately recorded in the approved tracking systems.

Unless Revive agrees otherwise in writing, the following will not count as Qualifying Booked Jobs:

  • jobs from existing customers;
  • repeat work not generated by the campaign;
  • referrals;
  • jobs generated through campaigns not managed by Revive;
  • jobs generated through offline marketing not managed by Revive;
  • jobs or opportunities generated before the campaign launch date;
  • duplicate leads;
  • spam or fraudulent leads;
  • unqualified inquiries;
  • jobs outside the approved service area; and
  • jobs outside the approved service categories.

Where tracking data is missing, inconsistent, altered, or disputed, Revive may rely on the data it considers most reliable, including call recordings, CRM timestamps, advertising records, form-submission records, signed contracts, invoices, and payment records.

6. Guarantee Period

The 90-day guarantee period begins on the campaign launch date confirmed by Revive in writing.

The campaign launch date may be later than the contract-signing or payment date if Revive is waiting for:

  • client access or permissions;
  • campaign or creative approval;
  • advertising account setup;
  • tracking or CRM setup;
  • website or landing-page changes;
  • compliance review;
  • sales-process implementation; or
  • any other item reasonably required to launch the campaign.

A delay caused by the client may delay the campaign launch date and the beginning of the guarantee period.

The final measurement period consists of the final 30 consecutive days of the 90-day guarantee period.

7. Suspension or Loss of Guarantee Eligibility

The guarantee may be suspended or voided if:

  • the client did not satisfy an eligibility requirement when it applied for or entered the Performance Guarantee program;
  • the client’s verified annual revenue was below the required threshold;
  • the client did not have the required Google review profile before the campaign launch date;
  • the client pauses, reduces, restricts, caps, or fails to fund the required advertising budget;
  • the client fails to maintain the complete 90-Day Sprint package;
  • the client purchased through an ineligible payment arrangement;
  • the client initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal;
  • the client fails to provide timely access, information, feedback, or approvals;
  • the client fails to maintain a dedicated salesperson;
  • the client fails to attempt a personal response to leads within five minutes during the agreed lead-coverage hours;
  • the client fails to complete the required lead follow-up process;
  • the client’s verified cold-traffic close rate falls below 40%;
  • the client’s verified average job value falls below $8,000;
  • the client lacks or loses the capacity to accommodate three times its Baseline Monthly Job Volume;
  • the client refuses, delays, or fails to accept otherwise qualified opportunities;
  • the client substantially restricts appointment or inspection availability;
  • CRM or tracking data is incomplete, inaccurate, deleted, altered, withheld, or manipulated;
  • the client stops using the approved CRM or tracking systems;
  • the client prevents Revive from verifying campaign performance;
  • the client fails to use the sales SOPs, scripts, qualification procedures, or processes provided by Revive;
  • the client pauses or materially changes its services, prices, service area, staffing, availability, sales process, or operations;
  • the client makes material changes to campaigns, advertisements, landing pages, tracking, website content, telephone numbers, CRM settings, advertising settings, Google Business Profile settings, or budgets without Revive’s written approval;
  • advertising, tracking, website, CRM, or Google Business Profile accounts are suspended, disabled, unfunded, or placed in poor standing because of the client’s actions or omissions;
  • the client enters into a conflicting arrangement with another marketing provider or permits another party to modify Revive-managed assets without Revive’s written approval;
  • the client breaches the written service agreement;
  • the client cancels, pauses, or attempts to terminate the service before the guarantee period ends; or
  • information supplied by the client concerning revenue, reviews, close rate, average job value, staffing, capacity, CRM data, or any other eligibility matter was false, incomplete, withheld, or materially misleading.

8. Suspension and Opportunity to Remedy

If Revive determines that the client has failed to satisfy an ongoing requirement or responsibility, Revive may notify the client and suspend the guarantee.

Where the issue is reasonably capable of being remedied, the client will have two business days from receiving notice to correct it, unless a different period is stated in the service agreement.

The guarantee period may be extended by the length of any suspension or delay caused by the client.

Providing an opportunity to remedy one failure does not require Revive to provide an additional opportunity for the same or a subsequent failure.

Revive is not required to provide an opportunity to remedy an issue that:

  • cannot reasonably be corrected;
  • has already materially affected campaign performance;
  • involves false, withheld, manipulated, or misleading information;
  • involves a chargeback or payment dispute;
  • constitutes a material breach of the service agreement; or
  • prevents reliable measurement of the guarantee.

Correcting an issue does not restore eligibility if the issue has already materially impaired campaign performance or measurement.

9. Guarantee Claim Process

To request a refund under the Performance Guarantee, the client must submit a written claim to Revive within seven calendar days after the end of the 90-day guarantee period.

The claim must include or provide access to all information reasonably required to evaluate it, including:

  • complete CRM records;
  • lead records and lead-disposition data;
  • call logs and call recordings;
  • response-time records;
  • inspection and appointment records;
  • estimates;
  • signed job records;
  • invoices;
  • revenue records;
  • advertising account data;
  • evidence of the required advertising spend; and
  • any other information reasonably required to verify eligibility, compliance, attribution, and performance.

The client must continue providing access to the relevant CRM, tracking, advertising, and reporting systems until Revive has completed its review.

Revive will determine whether the client met every eligibility requirement and responsibility before determining whether a refund is due.

Failure to submit the claim within seven calendar days, provide the requested information, or preserve access to the relevant records will void the claim.

Submitting a claim does not authorize the client to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute. A chargeback or payment dispute initiated before Revive has completed its review will void the guarantee.

If Revive determines that a valid refund is due, Revive will issue the eligible refund using the original payment method or another reasonable payment method agreed upon with the client.

10. No Guarantee of Revenue or Profit

The Performance Guarantee applies only to the number of Qualifying Booked Jobs described in Section 1.

It is not a guarantee of:

  • collected revenue;
  • gross or net profit;
  • profit margin;
  • cash flow;
  • job completion;
  • insurance approval;
  • claim value;
  • estimate approval;
  • customer payment;
  • collection of invoices;
  • business valuation; or
  • any particular financial return.

The client remains responsible for sales, qualification, inspections, estimates, pricing, availability, job acceptance, customer communication, insurance documentation, fulfillment, production, invoicing, collections, and business operations.

11. Third-Party Platforms and Events Outside Revive’s Control

Revive does not control Google, Meta, Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile, advertising networks, search engines, website providers, CRM providers, call-tracking providers, telephone providers, or other third-party platforms.

Revive is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or performance issues caused by:

  • platform outages;
  • advertising account suspensions;
  • billing failures or rejected payments;
  • policy changes;
  • algorithm changes;
  • tracking failures outside Revive’s control;
  • website or CRM outages;
  • telephone-system failures;
  • changes in search demand;
  • changes in market conditions;
  • severe weather or natural disasters;
  • changes in laws or regulations;
  • shortages of labor, equipment, or materials;
  • client licensing or compliance issues; or
  • other events outside Revive’s reasonable control.

If such an event materially prevents campaign delivery or reliable measurement, Revive may pause or extend the guarantee period for the duration of the disruption.

12. Written Agreement Controls

These Performance Guarantee Terms form part of the client’s written service agreement with Revive.

The guarantee cannot be modified by advertisements, sales presentations, emails, text messages, verbal statements, or informal communications.

Any exception, amendment, or additional commitment must appear in a written agreement signed by Revive.

If these terms conflict with a signed service agreement between the client and Revive, the signed service agreement will control.

13. Final Eligibility Determination

Revive reserves the right to decide whether a prospective client qualifies for the Performance Guarantee before the campaign begins.

Revive may consider:

  • annual revenue;
  • historical job volume;
  • Google Business Profile strength;
  • average job value;
  • historical cold-traffic close rate;
  • sales coverage and response times;
  • staffing and operational capacity;
  • service mix;
  • service area;
  • market conditions;
  • advertising account history;
  • CRM and tracking quality;
  • licensing and compliance;
  • advertising budget; and
  • whether the client’s business can reasonably support the guaranteed target.

Revive may decline to offer the Performance Guarantee even if a prospective client appears to satisfy the minimum numerical requirements.

The guarantee applies only when Revive has confirmed the client’s acceptance into the Performance Guarantee program in writing before the campaign begins.
